Cette situation a rapidement suscit\u00e9 des r\u00e9actions, notamment de la part d&rsquo;autres automobilistes surpris par cette sanction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tf1info.fr\/societe\/verif-que-sait-on-de-cette-video-denoncant-une-amende-a-un-peage-paiement-par-telephone-qui-a-fait-reagir-jusqu-a-emmanuel-macron-2346782.html?utm_source=chatgpt.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tf1info.fr<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cadre l\u00e9gal : l&rsquo;utilisation du t\u00e9l\u00e9phone au volant<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon l&rsquo;article R412-6-1 du Code de la route, \u00ab\u00a0l&rsquo;usage d&rsquo;un t\u00e9l\u00e9phone tenu en main par le conducteur d&rsquo;un v\u00e9hicule en circulation est interdit\u00a0\u00bb. Cette interdiction s&rsquo;applique m\u00eame lorsque le v\u00e9hicule est \u00e0 l&rsquo;arr\u00eat, par exemple \u00e0 un feu rouge ou devant une barri\u00e8re de p\u00e9age.
